My name is Darrell James and I am based out of Ruston, Louisiana.  I graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 1980 with a degree in Architecture.  I also received a degree in Civil Engineering in 1982.  I have worked full time for the RILEY COMPANY OF LOUISIANA, INC. as a Designer/CADD Technician for the past 15 years.

I have been involved in Photography since I began Louisiana Tech University in 1975.  The majority of my photographic work involves action sports, but I also enjoy other types of photography such as weddings, receptions and special events.  I have been a freelance photographer for the Ruston Daily Leader for the past 4 years and also provide photographic services for Louisiana Tech Media Relations.
